By accessing or using the KONIRIA™ website and online store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These Terms apply to all visitors and customers, in accordance with the applicable EU and Spanish consumer protection legislation.

By completing a purchase you also authorize KONIRIA™ to securely save your payment method via Stripe during checkout, solely to enable one-click payment for any follow-up offers shown to you. You may decline any such offer at no cost.

6. Consumer protection

If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt without giving reasons, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. 10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the courts of Madrid, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights granting consumers in their country of residence the right to bring claims before the courts of that country.
